This family home is conceived as an arrangement of NOOKS within a small loft. Sleeping nooks rather than the traditional notion of bedrooms allow for this small apartment to sleep a family of 4 and the occasional guest. A play nook designed to the scale of a child sits on top of the guest nook.  Storage zones are pushed to the perimeter of the apartment. Pushing static programs of the home to nooks and edges allow for the freeing up of space for living, working from home, social interaction and PLAY for the family.
